Alan Morgan founded Rom Valley Glass & Glazing at the close of the 1980s with a clear vision: to provide exceptional glazing solutions while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. His expertise and passion laid the foundation for what would become one of the UK’s leading glass companies.
A significant milestone came when we purchased our first factory, allowing us to expand beyond installation into glass manufacturing and architectural design. This move enabled us to offer a full-service proposition, delivering superior quality control and customization for our clients.
We don’t do what we do for awards, but when our hard work was recognized in 1998 with our first industry accolade, it was a proud moment for our team. Since then, we have continued to receive recognition, including awards such as Solidor’s Installer of the Month and Origin Global’s Installation of the Month.
With growing demand and a skilled in-house team, we quickly became one of Essex’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of glass. Our investment in cutting-edge machinery and craftsmanship ensured that we could offer premium glazing solutions to homes and businesses across the region.
A major highlight in our history was the opening of our showroom in Prospect Way, Hutton. We believe that seeing is believing, and our showroom allows customers to experience our windows, glass fixtures, and fittings firsthand, helping them bring their dream projects to life.
