Great service from start to finish, the windows in my new home have made a such a difference. The design team helped make difficult decisions on an old house to bring it to modern day standard retaining character. This company is very professional and have would highly recommend. The fitters were respectful, polite and helpful keeping me fully informed through all stages and suggesting solutions where necessary. Brilliant service from start to finish. Kept every appointment time promised, fitters were neat, tidy, polite and considerate. Office always available for any queries and questions and responses received quickly. Nothing seemed a problem for them. Will definitely recommend and will be using again for other works required.

We had a great service from Rom Valley from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly helpful and patient with us both when we visited the show room and via email. We are incredibly happy with our bifold doors with the astragal bars and our front door. Would 100% recommend and use again if we needed.
